I am a faithful fireline thread user, with wildfire coming 2nd because of the great colors. Now, is have to say that fireline is #1 for size 8 thread, and dragon thread for size 6. I love the new dragon thread for the colors and because it doesn't fray. It is quite soft and thinner than comparable fireline sizes (which will change how your jewelry comes together), but wildfire is quite a bit thicker in comparison.

I think threads just vary based on the way people use them. Fireline and Wildfire both eventually shred for me, while DragonThread has no issues. I recommend that people not use too much thread at once so that it doesn't weaken it. Great colors too!

I’m really preferring this thread over fireline. It’s not as sensitive to rough edged beads meaning it doesn’t fray or break as easily. I am able to do all things will it that I can w fireline-namely tie a tailless knot. I do have to use fishing scissors to cut it as opposed to the snips I use for fireline. And it comes in more colors. Imo the thickness compare to 4lb test, 6lb test, and 8lb test. I’m hooked on it.
