Learn how to create a crystal bezel using hubble stitch. Expand your skills in this 18mm rivoli earring project connecting picot trim and peyote stitch into the bezel design.
1. Thread a needle with 5 feet of DragonThread and place a stop bead on your thread. Add on to your thread four 8/0 seed beads and create your first right angle unit by sewing back through the first 3 beads and exit your needle prior to the forth bead.
2. After completing the first set of hubble units, create a second hubble stitch row around the outside with an additional 11/0 seed bead helping to link them and close up the gap. Watch the step by step instructions in the Beautiful Crystal Earrings to add on additional rows and crystal fringe.
3. After completing the first earring, complete a second one to match. Add your ear wire at the top of the design after burning off your thread ends at the back of the Rivoli. Wear your new stunning crystal earrings!
