The AVA Bead Leather Wrap bracelet is an easy project to put together. This PotomacBeads tutorial will show you how to use basic knotting and beading techniques to create this trendy, colorful leather wrap.
1. Cut a length of leather cording that is double your wrist size plus an additional 6 inches. Double the leather so the ends are meeting, tie the loop end into an overhand knot. Check the size with the button before pulling it tight. Tie the end of a 5-foot piece of .006 Wildfire thread below the knot. Put a size 10/12 needle onto the thread and get ready to bead.
2. Watch the AVA Bead Leather Wrap Bracelet tutorial to see how Allie threads the beads between the strips of leather.
3. When you get to the end of the bracelet, pinch the leather ends together above the beads. Use the thread and 2 seed beads to hold it in place. Tie a knot in the leather. Use the thread to sew the button onto the end.
The AVA Bead Leather Wrap Bracelet makes a great last minute gift idea. The possibilities are endless with this simple design that you can use to create your own unique leather wrap bracelet.
